The 2009 International CES is just weeks away, and already thousands of reporters from around the world are preparing to descend on Las Vegas to write tens of thousands of stories about the world’s biggest trade show for technology.  With so much to see and do at CES, exhibiting companies often ask us how to attract the media to their booths.

The CES Media Machine Unveiled panel webcast was a HUGE success with more than 120 participants. It allowed exhibitors and our media veterans a rare chance to interact one-on-one with their most detailed questions about reaching the media.

If you want to know the best ways to reach CES media, the best things to say, how to get their attention and the timelines that media work from, please visit our taped session.

Panelists included:

Grant Clauser – Editorial Director, CTPG and Editor-in-Chief, E-Gear/Dealerscope

Steve Smith – Editor-in-Chief, TWICE

Jonathan Takiff – Consumer Electronics and Music Columnist, Philadelphia Daily News

Lindsey Turrentine – Executive Editor, CNET Reviews and Downloads

If you have any specific exhibitor PR questions, always feel free to e-mail me at acarney@ce.org.
