Third Annual Blogger Party at CES
December 15, 2008 |By Guest Blogger,Steve Broback, president, Parnassus Group
As we began the preparations for our third annual blogger party at CES, the discussions naturally led to the state of the economy — and how we wanted to offer more to the 2009 CES blogging community than festivities alone.
Robert Scoble proposed a seminar-style presentation where successful bloggers could lend their insights into strategies and tactics that could help bloggers navigate the challenging financial times ahead. In a conference call with uber-blogger Gary Vaynerchuk, we all quickly agreed that a Q&A session where Gary and Robert could present their thoughts in an informal, interactive venue would be ideal.
Tara Dunion and our friends at CEA have now made this brainstorm into a reality by generously offering up a terrific room at the Venetian where this Q&A will be hosted. On Friday, January 9th, come join us in the Casanova room at the Venetian from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. There is an Upcoming page where you can register, although registering beforehand is not required.
This is going to be a great opportunity to pick the brains of some blogging masters. It’s a gathering we’re proud to be part of, and many thanks to CEA for making it possible. We look forward to seeing you there!

Hey, this is a great idea. Robert and Gary are a great choice of folks who have done a lot to help mainstream blogging as a powerful business and social tool.
Last year the party at the Atomic Museum was great – looking forward to that again.
