President Obama yesterday signed into law S. 232, the DTV Delay Act, which extends the digital television transition date from February 17 to June 12. The President said that the four month extension of the DTV transition will ensure that all Americans benefit from DTV, including those consumers who will benefit from having some additional time to prepare.
